1-9 Willow House
1-9 Willow House,
As the substructure was formed, the individual units were delivered to site using a flat bed delivery vehicle an installed by a mobile crane. Each individual unit was installed in approximately 2days, allowing a very quick lead into to internal fit out. Traditional method of fit out is then implemented to a high level of finish and running over a period of approximately 10weeks per unit. The project is to be completed early and within budget.
1-4 Edison Mews,
This project was designed to utilise the a site previously occupied by dilapidated garages. The scheme maximized the sites potential by excavating below ground to incorporate a basement structure. The proposed brief was to approach an off-site manufactured solution to install a timber frame superstructure quickly to minimise the construction program and the impact on the surrounding community.
17 Kings Parade Avenue
The client requirements were to design and construct a timber frame system to satisfy previous planning approval for a bespoke, high quality dwelling in a prominent location behind Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol. Being in a logistically challenging location brief was to utilize an off-site manufactured solution to install a timber frame superstructure quickly to minimize the construction program and the impact on the surrounding community.
Florence Place London
Bespoke Modular Developments were approached by a local property developer to act as main contractor on a scheme comprising of 4 new build residential properties & refurbishment of 8 flats above an existing commercial unit in New Cross, London. The site is located on the corner of Florence Road & the busy A2 New Cross Road & was previously occupied by deteriorated garage. The project was complex integrating 3 different contracts & due to the geographical location & site constraints proved challenging. The project as a whole was completed by BMD in under 12 months.
Bespoke Modular Developments worked with four young architecture graduates from London as construction team providing the skill and imagination to bring this project to life.
Key Stage 1
Bespoke Modular Developments first phase Key stage 1 new build for Stroud School. The educational building was specially designed to facilitate learning for 5 to 7-year-old minds. Complete with a junior ICT suite for programming lessons and a Key Stage library, each room has access to outdoor learning spaces.
